Mark & Hillary – Return & Exchange Policy

At Mark & Hillary, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


Return & Exchange Requests

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at info@markandhillary.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request
  • Clear photos of the item(s), including all tags attached

All requests are reviewed within 48 hours, after which you will receive further instructions.


Eligibility Conditions

Returns and exchanges are accepted for store credit or exchange only and must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be free from stains, marks, or signs of wear
  • Items must not carry any odors (including perfume, deodorant, or washing agents)
  • Hygiene seals, where applicable, must remain intact
  • Intimate items and certain accessories are non-returnable
  • Proof of purchase is required

Mark & Hillary reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note: Returns sent to the original shipping address will not be accepted.


Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to the original email address used at checkout.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • If the replacement item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid
  • If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@markandhillary.com.

After verification, we will:

  • Provide a replacement item, or
  • Issue store credit of equal value

Examples of defects include manufacturing faults such as broken seams, tears, or structural damage. All claims are subject to review and approval.


Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • Customers must retain proof of shipment (tracking number)
  • Mark & Hillary is not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are confirmed to be defective.

Unauthorized returns will be declined and returned to the sender.


Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Deliveries

Mark & Hillary is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
  • Lost or stolen packages after dispatch
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase.
